- Beyond Burger -

Ingredients:

  • 1lb. Beyond Burger

  • 1 tbs. Soy Sauce

  • 2 tbs. A1 Steak Sauce

  • 2 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Iceberg Lettuce

Serves: 4

Time: 1hr 30min

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients and let the burgers marinate for one hour.

Roll mixture into 4 patties, season the patties again with salt and pepper to help form a crust.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat add a teaspoon of olive oil or butter to the pan.

Once the pan is hot, add the patties and cook 3-4 minutes on each side.

Once finished, let rest for 5 minutes.

Serve the burgers however you like.

I served mine protein style with red onion, sugar-free ketchup, and mustard.
